USG EquiAirbag AIXPLORER Air Vest
A discreet airbag for more safety that is not bulky and still allows optimal freedom of movement! To protect the upper body from impact (cervical spine, chest, stomach and back), the black vest is easy to put on and take off and has stretchy mesh inserts on the sides for good air conditioning. As with the other EquiAirbag® models, the strap for triggering the airbag is simply clipped to the saddle. In the event of a fall, the integrated 45 g CO2 cartridge is triggered and the airbag inflates super fast, of course! Once it has been inflated the vest will deflate very quickly after (approximatly 15 - 20 seconds) your fall to release pressure.
With the refill cartridges (item 1315 0006) and the tool supplied, a new cartridge can be easily inserted, even by laypeople. Please read the instruction manual prior to use.
This makes the vest a reusable product that accompanies you for a long time - and above all safely - through everyday riding.
